GRADUATION AT DE FACTO OPEN UNIVERSITY OF THE NORTHERN CAPE

The brochure of the graduation celebrations of the National Institute for Higher Education, Northern Cape (NIHE)shows how the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT)part time learners at NIHE's New Park Campus will receive their academic certificates, National Higher Diplamas and B Tech degrees as soon as the merging process develops along the organic growth of this institution into a fully fledged university system.
